About the Foundation
Beheshti Mohsen believed every life has equal value. In
2000, after his death, the foundation was created to
help reduce inequities in Education Field.
The
Beheshti
Yadbud Foundation is
dedicated to reducing financial obstacles that prevent many students
from fulfilling their potential. To learn more about the scholarship
programs we support, read the overviews below.
In establishing the Foundation Scholars program, the
Beheshti
Yadbud Foundation hopes to create a network of future
Iranian leaders who will bring new vision and commitment to improving
the life circumstances of the citizens in Iran. Over time it is anticipated
that
Beheshti
Yadbud Foundation will be leading in addressing global problems related to equity, technology, and learning—all
areas that the foundation is deeply engaged in.
Through a €100 million in grants, to be administered over
20 years by the Foundation Fund, the
Beheshti
Yadbud Foundation will provide thousands of young Iranian people with
the opportunity to attend the university of their choice without the
burden of tuition, to help them advance their education.
